“Al-Quds University has a unique beauty”
It is hard to conceal my admiration for Al-Quds University. On one hand, despite its relatively young age, it has achieved remarkable improvements on all levels especially those that relate to academic programs. For instance, the School of Medicine which competes other universities worldwide. On the other hand, the financial aid and scholarships that it offers for Palestinian students add a characteristic that makes me more and more proud.
Al-Quds University has a unique beauty. Lately, I was struck by a recent aerial photograph for the university, and I was astonished for seeing how the place expanded and grew rapidly. For I belong to this place, I experienced its toughest times, and witnessed its revival. Moreover, the magnificent Andalusian Garden, which is located in AQU’s campus in Abu Dis, attracts me each and every time.
Al-Quds University is a special place that accommodates everyone. It has students and employees from all over Palestine whose resistance in such a place contributes to the sustainability of education in Palestine, and the resistance of Jerusalem, the cradle of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Supporting AQU brings us spiritually closer to Jerusalem even though we are physically distant.
