I HAVE DECIDED TO TEACH A FULL SEMESTER FOR FREE AT ONE OF THE BEST UNIVERSITIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST

“Many will be shocked to find, when the day of judgment nears, that there's a special place in Heaven, set aside for volunteers” Quoted.

My experience with Al-Quds University was a very unique and progressive one. I was selected by the Department of Management and Economics to teach the spring course of 2014, for the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management course.  When they called me, I felt very happy to share my practical experience in this field. I have decided to teach the full semester free, as part of my Social Accountability to one of the best universities in the Middle East. I only had 41 students but I have witnessed much knowledge shining from them, young bright Palestinians who will become future leaders.

My happiness has increased during the course and by the students graduations. I feel that I now have an additional 41 professional friends joining the labour market. I also see the benefit of my initiative among other people who have heard my story. They became more willing to spare hours per week from their own time to volunteer and to support their communities.

I recognize the University's efforts and I appreciate all their support for making this happen.
